ESG & Employee Engagement Case Study: Room & Board

Room & Board, a leading home furnishings retailer, wanted to deepen their sustainability commitments beyond urban wood reclamation and participation in industry associations. They sought Third Partners’ help to create a sophisticated corporate ESG program. Third Partners seamlessly integrated with their team and worked together with the CIO’s Sustainability Task Force. We began by conducting Room & Board’s first sustainability assessment, which included benchmarking, staff surveys and stakeholder interviews.
