NYU Langone, a renowned healthcare provider, brought in Third Partners to advise their facilities and real estate team on the regulatory impact of the landmark Climate Mobilization Act in New York City. Third Partners designed and continues to operate a turnkey utility performance management system to measure and optimize energy expenditure across 10 million square feet of commercial space. Our team also developed custom data architecture for cross-platform EDI and supported project management for the real estate team’s application to the U.S. Green Building Council’s PEER Program. Our work gave company leaders the ability to accurately forecast energy consumption, including GHG and financial impacts, linked with the Climate Mobilization Act. The associated improvements also helped NYU Langone earn USGBC’s first PEER Platinum award in the world.
