Adam Freedgood
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Adam develops close partnerships with high-growth commercial and nonprofit organizations by tailoring innovative sustainability programs to the individual business situation of each client. With senior management experience, Adam is a natural problem solver and strategic advisor. He provides leadership teams and managers with futuristic insights on how to capture the full business value of sustainability initiatives. Adam holds a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State. Adam’s industry experience spans nonprofit development, manufacturing, print and digital agency services.




John Haugen
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
John produces insights and solutions to key organizational challenges. He combines raw data with empirical intuition and industry insights. From carbon footprint management to green building project development to portfolio-wide energy analytics, John creates value. His experience includes work with the financial services, mobile apps, telecom, restaurant, retail, media and NGO spaces. John is a LEED Green Associate, earned a B.A. in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University, and was awarded an Innovation Scholarship from Columbia University while earning a M.S. in Sustainability Management.



Fran Levy
SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST
Fran combines experience in sustainability and applied science to support client progress toward sustainability and ESG. Fran synthesizes research and conducts analysis on a variety of technical topics related to client industry best practices, sustainability management, and ESG performance. She is a Fellow for the New Jersey chapter of The Nature Conservancy and earned her M.S. in Sustainability Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. She received her B.S. in General Chemistry from Stockton University.


Jesse Thorson
SUSTAINABILITY & ESG STRATEGIST
Jesse helps clients unlock the value of sustainability, set and achieve ESG goals, and drive positive impact. He is a process-oriented, strategic thinker with experience in project management, research, and writing. Jesse received his B.A. in Sustainable Development from Columbia University and was awarded departmental honors for a mixed-methods thesis project on electricity access in Nicaragua. He has worked in academia, energy, and the nonprofit sector, and has expertise in the intersection of ethics, well-being, and sustainability.
